This Website Privacy Notice explains how Three Brain Apps LLC, doing business as Three Brain Apps (“we”, “us”), collects, uses and shares personal data when you use threebrainapps.com (the “Website”). We are the controller of this data.
Our apps have their own privacy policies describing how they handle app data. See the Taifa Privacy Policy for information about Taifa.
The short version
- We do not use analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies on the Website.
- If you contact us, we use your name, email address and message to respond to your request.
- Web3Forms processes contact-form submissions on our behalf.
- We do not sell personal data submitted through the contact form.
1. Data we collect
- Contact requests. If you contact us through the Website, we receive your name, email address and message.
- Technical data. Our hosting and security providers may process information sent automatically when your browser requests a page, such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested URL, referring page, and the date and time of the request.
2. How we use data
- Respond to enquiries, support requests, press enquiries and partnership requests.
- Take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- Operate, secure and troubleshoot the Website and contact form.
- Prevent spam, fraud and abuse.
- Comply with law and lawful requests from authorities.
3. Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
- Performance of a contract. Taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and handling requests relating to an existing agreement.
- Legitimate interests. Answering requests, operating our business, keeping the Website secure and preventing abuse. You can object to these uses (see section 7).
- Legal obligation. Responding to lawful requests and keeping records where the law requires it.
4. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers acting on our instructions and in the cases described after the table.

Web3Forms uses infrastructure, email-delivery and security providers to deliver its service. Its current list of providers and transfer safeguards is available in the Web3Forms Privacy Policy.
We may also disclose data:
- if required by law or to protect rights, safety and property;
- to a buyer or successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, under this Notice;
- with your consent.
We do not sell personal data submitted through the contact form.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We do not currently use analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies or similar tracking technologies on the Website. Our providers may use technical storage that is strictly necessary to deliver and protect their services. If we add non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we will update this Notice and ask for consent where the law requires it.
6. How long we keep data

7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access your personal data and get a copy of it;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- restrict or object to its processing;
- receive it in a portable format;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To make a request, use our contact form. We may ask for more information to verify that the request is yours. We answer within one month, which may be extended where the law allows.
If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
8. International transfers
We and our providers process data in the United States and other countries, which may have different data-protection laws than yours.
When we transfer personal data out of the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we rely on adequacy decisions, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified. Otherwise we use the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum, with additional safeguards where needed.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS, and access to contact messages is limited. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
10. Changes
We may update this Notice from time to time, and the date at the top shows the latest version. For material changes, we will provide notice and ask for consent where the law requires it.
